Alliance for the Great Lakes is a non-profit, citizen based organization whose mission is to restore and maintain the quality of all of the Great Lakes, including their shorelines and the waters that feed into them. The organization was previously known as the Lake Michigan Federation.

Saugatuck Dunes Coastal Alliance is a statewide coalition of individuals and organizations working cooperatively to protect and preserve the natural geography, historical heritage, and rural character of the Saugatuck Dune coastal region in the Kalamazoo River Watershed, beginning with the former Denison property.

Michigan Environmental Council is a coalition of 50 leading environmental and public health organizations with over 100,000 individual members. For 18 years, MEC has provided a collective voice for the environment at the State Capital.

Save the Dunes Council, Michigan City, IN The Save the Dunes Council of Northwest Indiana was founded in 1952. It is one of the oldest grassroots conservation organizations in the country. Its objectives are to maintain and restore the integrity and quality of the natural environment of the Indiana Dunes region.

West Michigan Environmental Action Council (WMEAC) is a non-profit, 501C3 organization working to protect and enhance West Michigan’s natural and human environments by translating the concerns of people into positive action. WMEAC has been delivering environmental education and advocacy to the West Michigan community for nearly forty years.

Southwest Michigan Planning Commission (SWMPC) serves Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties as one of fourteen regional planning and development organizations in the State of Michigan. The mission of SWMPC is to promote a sustainable, high quality of life through the facilitation of sound planning and decision-making.

The Land Conservancy of West Michigan, formerly the Natural Areas Conservancy of West Michigan, was founded in 1976 by a dedicated group of volunteers who sought to protect West Michigan’s natural landscape. the Land Conservancy is an independent, non-profit land trust and the only land trust solely dedicated to the permanent protection of important natural lands and open space in West Michigan.

The Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy (SWMLC) is a tax-exempt organization created by local residents in 1991. Its mission is to permanently protect the natural, historic and scenic landscapes to ensure the health and quality of life for the people of southwest Michigan.
